Shipping and return policy

Returns:

Our policy lasts 3 days from receiving your item(s). If the 3 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will NOT REFUND the following:

·         -Gift cards

·         -Action Figures

·         -Codes and Digital Cards

·         -Clearance Products

·         - Pre-Ordered Games or Items

·         -Items sold with a “Free Gift”

·         - Customized consoles and accessories

·         -Any item that is three (3) days past its receiving/delivery date.

·         -Any item not in its original condition. (I.E. opened or used) If an item/packaged has been damaged during the shipment process, please submit photos to our team and we will find a solution to get your product to you in one piece!

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer nor to us until you contact us first via email at xtremgamers@gmail.com or in the website chat service or by calling us to +971 566798923 and we will provide you with the necessary steps.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are eligible for a refund, a refund request will be made to your original payment method. Your payment method will be credited within 10-45 days depending on your bank.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After we inspect the item (usually within 3-5 working days from receiving the product) and if it meets the return policy, your refund will be processed. All refunds will be issued to your form of payment within 5-15 days depending on your bank. In case of Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made as credit balance to your yallagamers.com account.

Items not eligible for refund with be shipped back to the customer with a COD due for shipping OR you will receive only partial credit for your product(s). (This is determined on a per items/order basis)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at support@xtremgamers.com or via the website chat service or phone number +971 566798923 and we will assist you immediately. Please keep in mind that depending upon the payment used, it may take 5-15 days to receive your refund.

Clearance items (if applicable)

Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged as all clearance items are sold as a final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@xtremgamers.com or contact us via the website chat service or call us to +971 566798923 for further assistance. If you want to exchange it with a different item, we will send you a Gift Card with the amount after receiving the returned product from you so you can use the balance on your next purchase. If you want a full refund, we will issue a refund to your payment method.

Return Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over AED250, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
